We have started the sale of apartments and commercial premises in the first building of the Old Harbour Quarter, Kalda 4. The sale of the Old Harbour is handled by Kinnisvaraekspert.
The first floor of Kalda 4 has a total of 17 commercial spaces of different sizes, accessible from street level. The house is divided into three buildings with a total of 66 apartments on floors 2 – 5.
Janno Peterson, the professional broker and the project manager for the sale of the Old Harbour, points out that interest in the new riverside quarter has been quite high. “The first apartments and commercial spaces have already been booked, so if you’re interested, it’s definitely worth contacting us,” notes Peterson.
The prices and plans of the Kalda 4 apartments are available as of today. Early booking gives you the possibility to choose the interior and bathroom finishes.
Kalda 4 will be completed in summer 2024. In addition to the apartment, a storage room and parking space in the underground car park can be purchased.
