The development of the Old Harbour Quarter has begun, and soon Pärnu will have a new city heart with a marina, a promenade, and modern car-free urban space.
The developer of the Old Harbour Quarter is Vanasadama Arenduse OÜ and the builder is Vilcon Ehitus, an experienced general contractor in several new developments in Tallinn and Pärnu.
For example, Vilcon Ehitus has overseen the construction of the Valgre Residence at Tiiru 5, the Rannapargi Villas in Mere Street, and the Villa 1 apartment building in Pärnu. In addition to the Old Harbour Quarter, work is currently underway on the completion of the Fahle Park business quarter and the Maakri 23A office building. See portfolio.
