The bathroom and the hallway feature a combination of beige and grey solid tiles. Bedroom accent walls are in darker or lighter shades to bring cosiness to the bedroom.

Dark Interior Design (for extra charge) is luxurious and contrasting, suiting both modern and classic interiors. The floors are covered with dark oak parquet, complemented by black oakwood doors. The bathroom features a luxurious combination of grey and black solid tiles, while the hallway is covered with grey solid tiles. The bedroom is highlighted with a dark accent wall. The dark interior design package includes dark door handles, sockets, and switches.

The Basic Bathroom Package features quality Duravit mixers with rounded lines, toilet bowls with in-wall flush tank and soft close lids, sinks, a hand shower, and a thermostatic mixer. A bathtub and bath mixers are available on request for extra charge.

The Basic+ Package (for extra charge) features high quality Duravit mixers with a squarer design, toilet bowls with in-wall flush tanks and smooth-closing lids, basins, bath, bath mixer, hand shower, thermostatic mixer and additionally mirror with lighting and a basin cabinet that can be ordered in a matching paint colour.

The Premium Package (for extra charge) features high quality Duravit mixers with a modern touch, toilet bowls with in-wall flush tank and soft close lids, basins, bath, bath mixer, shower set with overhead shower, thermostatic mixer and additionally mirror with lighting and basin cabinet which can be ordered in a matching paint colour.
